Grandma visit

Grandma TaTa came for a visit and boy did we pack it in. Of course we took her to our favorite place...the zoo! If you know Nate, you know he has an obsession with zoos. He would go everyday, not kidding. Our zoo has an awesome sky ride so half the time we just go to ride up and down the mountain and wave to the animals from up high but seriously he LOVES the zoo!
We went to the park several times, she had some dental work done, celebrated here 64th b-day, took her to beautiful Garden of the Gods, did some Denver shopping and smothered her with lots of hugs and kisses!! We love visitors and can't wait for more!

Nationals

Well-lets just say I am glad we are officially done with AZ dance. When we moved right in the middle of the season we were asked if Maycee could stay on and finish up the season meaning she would have to fly back 2 times in April and attend Nationals in July in Palm Springs. We decided to do it and finish up the season with her darling team. I'm glad we did it but am relieved that we have now officially closed the door to AZ dance. She is now on a team here and making new cute friends here.

Nationals went really well. It's always a party roadtriping with T-momma. We shared a condo for a few days- the girls of course had a blast being together. Lots of dancing and lots of swimming since it was HOT, HOT, HOT!! I have decided I don't miss the heat. Ask me in January when the snow still on the ground and I'm freezing. I know I'll want to head to the sun and warmth! But pregnancy +heat=don't mix very well with this lady!

All of Maycee's dances took platinum and first place. Their adorable hip-hop was asked to stay to compete in the "dance-off" Tuesday morning. They took 2nd-so proud of them! Way to go PDC

Land of HOT!

We made a quick pit stop in AZ to drop off three kids to stay with their very best friends while Maycee and I drove to Cali for Dance Nationals. The kids were so excited to see friends, our old house and their old school. Cannon wanted to stop by Mrs. Jodi's for a quick hug-he was one happy kid to see her and her dog Oscar. Lolo and Brinks picked right where they left off-playing babies and mommies. Koen and Cannon=2 wild 5 year olds in hog heaven to be together again!!I didn't get a picture of Easton with Mason but they had a blast swimming and playing DS. Boy -Easton misses that kid....Alot! I am grateful for such dear friends who offered to watch my kiddos so I could be with Maycee. I will forever be thankful for them and our dear memories of AZ.

4th of July!

The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. I think its because we are in Provo with family. The weather is perfect and my kids are so happy to be with cousins. I have the GREATEST family. Seriously I am one lucky girl to have them. We love being together and spending every second together. There are always tears shed when our time together is up but we look forward to our next reunion.

This year was my dad's 65th bday so we had a celebration for him. His favorite present was his new license plate for his ranger that says PAPAFUZZY!! The kids always love raiding my moms costume closet and performing skits. That closet can entertain for hours!

Some other highlights were meeting our new niece Ella. She is the littlest peanut and so super smiley. We could of just eaten her up she is sweet. We saw dear friends, took lots of ranger rides, ate loads of yummy food, BYU bowling, Provo parade, and fireworks!!

Time in Odgen

It's tradition for us to head to Utah every 4th of July. Ever since our first July in AZ we discovered you can't do fireworks, the parade will melt your face off due to the sun and its simply TOO hot to live in 115 weather, we decided we will always go north. Besides, Provo knows how to really celebrate the 4th!

We spent a few days in Ogden with Nate's family before going to my family. It's always a cousin heaven. They loved playing Just Dance on the Wii, going swimming, eating LOADS of popsicle's,celebrating Uncle Jon's B-day, going to Chuck E Cheese's, roaming Grandpa's farm and staying up way too late every night watching movies! Yeah- for summer and time to play!

Catch Up... Big time!

HOLY MOLY I'm behind. Time to bust a move on this blog before baby #5 rocks our world! We have LOVED living closer to our dear friends from dental school-Nick and Aly. Hadley got baptized so we went up for her big day. She looked beautiful and we are glad we could be there. Maycee and Hadley are such cute friends. We've enjoyed going to a few Rockie games this summer in the Comfort Dental suite. We just happened to go the same night as Nick and Aly and 3 of their cuties one night- SOOO fun! Aly and I didn't watch one second of the game but we did some serious catching up!!
