I was going through old pictures and found these pictures of fall in Ohio! I LOVE fall-it is my favorite season. I am missing it right now. We don't get the pretty leaves that change colors here(but we do ger 60/70's all winter!). I guess we'll have to take a drive to Sedona or Pinetop to get my "fall weather fix!"

Easton's missing a tooth!

Easton lost his first tooth! He called me Sunday morning from Utah just SOOOOO excited to share the news. It was 7:00am our time so Maycee and I were still sleeping but what great news! Ever since his cousin Ashton loost his tooth, Easton's been wiggling his teeth. His tooth has been pretty loose the last couple weeks and it was now hanging by a thread. Easton asked Nate to pull it out. Nate pushed it forward and Easton pulled it out his self! They hand carried the tooth all the way home from Utah and the Sleeping Fairy is coming tonight. Easton can hardly wait to wake up tomorrow. He told Nate, "She brings dollars!" The Sleeping Fairy's getting pretty nice these days-I only got 25 cents!!

Fishing Trip

Nate wins father of the year once again! He took both boys fishing with him in Utah. They flew up Saturday and got back Tuesday morning. Easton had a grand old time playing with cousins and catching his first fish. Nate's a mountain boy so he really enjoyed the cooler weather and fishing since he hasn't been for ever. We missed them but Maycee and I had fun doing "girl things!" I asked her what we should do and she said, "Let's have a pedicure!"Amen! So away we went but she ended up falling asleep on my lap and was asleep while they painted her toes. I took her and her best friend Peyton to "Way toPlay Cafe." They had a blast playing in the pirate ship, the tree house , the balls and especially in the store. I wished I had brought my camera cause they were pretending they were at Costco and had shopping carts pilled up a mile high. (Maycee's got it right-her mom is in LOVE with Costco and my cart usually looks like Maycee's did.:)

What we've been up to

We have been busy. busy! Easton started basketball. It is hoot to watch cause most of the time the kids are caring the ball to the hoop! Maycee started dance and playgroup-loves them both. Cannon just got a hair cut. He sat so still, thanks to the sucker! My kids love having friends over, they ask everyday if someone can come play. The one picture is of our good friends from Ohio-Ashley and Chloe Garrett. Easton and Maycee have discovered the game of "Leap-Frog." They get going and think its hilarious. Even Cannon starts playing and laughing. The joy of laughter. I love it when my kids are friends and playing together-nicely!!

Sunday Conversations

So on the way to church today Maycee was picking her nose and wise Easton shared a few choice words with her. Here's how the conversation went.....
Easton-"Maycee you better stop picking your nose or its going to turn green like my thumb did."
Maycee-"No, it won't."
Easton- "Yes, it will. Remember my thumb turned green and almost fell off. Your nose is going to turn green and then fall off.
Maycee looking very concerned-" Will I have to get stitches?"
Easton-"You'll have to have surgery and have it put back on.Then you will have a new nose."

Nate and I thought it was so funny. Hey you never know, maybe she'll stop digging for gold!


Other funny story of the day......... We were eating dinner and going around the table telling everyone what we learned at church. Nate was telling the kids what her learned and Easton blurred out "I have to poop!"Nate and I could not stop laughing. When we got a hold of ourselves Nate continued talking and Easton once again pipes in,"Dad I already now this stuff." TOO funny. Kids say the funniest things. I love to sit back and just listen to them talk to each other-seriously hilarious!

It has been a CRAZY day(we were the three ring circus in Sacrament). Even though I didn't get much out of church( and haven't for the last 5 1/2 years) its the principal of just going and teaching our kids that church is important. Maybe one day we will have a peaceful Sunday. But for now I love the CHaOS and CRAZiNEss of Sunday's at the Budge house!
