Halloween Overview

End of the night-after trick or treating and getting TONS of candy!
Giselle and Star Wars Dude
Cannon was the cutest cowboy ever. Easton wore this same costume when he was 18 months. It is my all time favorite! Thanks to my friend Bri who made it-its been a winner.
Cul-de-sac dinner before trick-or treating(minus about 10 more kids!)
Maycee and Peyton
My favorite costume in this picture is the white ghost. I thought Carter looked awesome with his pillow case body and white face and hair!
Happy Halloween-notice our pumpkins that are totally roting. I think we carved them too early this year-oops!
Cannon loved his"guns!"
Yuck picture but we have a new tradition -ghost milk shakes, the kids loved them!
Easton's school party- all the star wars guys in his class.
At Maycee's pre-school party they all performed little "word" songs that had actions to go along. It was SO stinkin cute! Can you tell she LOVES her Giselle costume?

Carving pumpkins. I'm not quite sure why Nate is in none of these pictures and only me. It should be the other way around in my state. Next year we'll have to carve our pumpkins the night before otherwise they get destroyed from the heat. BTW-Maycee has her scary Halloween teeth in. Nate would have a big problem if her teeth always looked like that!

Halloween has come and gone too fast. Parties, carving pumpkins, corn-maze, more parties, and trick-or-treating. The kids have enjoyed every part of it. This year I trick-or-treated one street with the kids and then came home and passed out candy. I loved seeing all the creative costumes. But now onto the next big event for our family-BABY!!I am so excited that it is November 1st tomorrow because that means we are in the same month that this baby is coming. Three weeks left-HALLELUJAH!!!!!! Can you tell I am very ready to not be pregnant anymore?! Well, Happy Halloween!

Corn Maze

For family night we headed to a nearby corn maze with the Martineaus and the Carrolls. The kids had a blast climbing on the pumpkins, running through the corn maze, riding on the "cow" ride, bouncing on the tramp and riding bikes. Oh I LOVE fall! Even though its in the 80's here its starting to cool off at night. Maycee this morning opened up the back door and said,"It's freezing. I need a sweatshirt!" I laughed cause its probably 60 or so. I guess when your used to it being in the 100s for so long your body does think its "COLD!"

Thordersons!

We love the Thordersons and love it when they come to AZ. They came last year for a basketball tournament and this year came for fall break. They came over to visit Sunday night and then we went out to their resort to swim and hang some more this week. My kids just adore their girls. I wished they lived closer because I would have the BEST babysitters in town. Loree is one of my closest cousins and I really look up to her alot. We missed seeing Ali and Abby(the older two girls) who are at Weber State playing basketball. I think its about time for the Budges to take a road trip to Colorado because we just can't get enough of you guys!

Utah Weekend

Nate and His pregnant wife with chubby checks!
Group Shot-it was FREEZING!!
The Budge family-Brad and Tammy, Chris, Kimball, Cora, Kadun, Jakob, Joey and Angel
Aunt Jodi, Dad Thom &Mom Linda, Jon (minus Kristin who was cutting hair), Rob& Lori, Nate and I
Me and my sister- in-law Maggee who is due any day with her second boy

Nate and I flew to Utah for the weekend for the sealing of Nate's brother Brad's four new children. Brad and Tammy just adopted four children-Kadun 8, Jakob 5, Joey 2 (all biological brothers) and Angel who is 3. They now have 7 children altogether. We left our kids with friends(thanks Weirs) and were able to attend the sweetest temple sealing I've ever been to. When all the children walked in dressed in white-I feel apart. They looked like little angels. It was so good to see Nate's family even though it was a super short trip. I will apologize right now for everyone reading this in Utah who is mad I didn't call them or get to hang out. We were there only 24 hours. If it makes you feel any better I didn't even see my own parents. Next trip-K?!! I really look up to Brad and Tammy for doing what they have done. These precious little children now get to be raised in an LDS , loving family with a great mom and dad.

Flashback Friday

I love Fall and all the fun things it brings, like Halloween. Last year Nate and I were Nacho Libre and Escaleto and our friends were the Bounty Hunter's. We go to the best Halloween party every year so I'm now on the hunt for the perfect Halloween costume for a very pregnant momma. I'm a little stumped! If any of you have any fabulous ideas please send them my way. My kids have all decided what they are going to be-Easton Stars Wars Jedi, Maycee Giselle from Enchanted and Cannon a cowboy. We can hardly stand it only 21 days till Halloween!!
