Easton finding a treasure
It was nice to enjoy our dinner and not have to run off trying to find Cannon every 5 seconds because he's hiding somewhere-he's new favorite thing .....hide and seek!
Easton and Jordan(One of the triplets) Easton didn't leave this guys side the whole weekend
All the girls at the"kids table"- Samatha (one of the triplets) has been officially adopted into our family. She is such a doll
We took SO many pictures of our fun filled weekend. Sorry there are so many but this is my journal and my family history-right?!! California is gorgeous. Evertime we go I say to myself,"Why don't we live here?" It is HEAVEN! The beach, the rolling hills, the weather and the green everything. I would move if it weren't so dang expensive. Anyways-it's late and I have been posting pictures for 2 hours and I'm tired.
Quick version-Met Nicoles family Friday night and hung out at Brian's hotel suite, ate pizza and chilled. Nicole family is so FUN! Her mom was SO cute when she first met us. She and DJ (Nicoles brother) had memorized all of our names on the plane from New Jersey. It was amazing cause we aren't a small family-12 grandkids, 4 kids ,4 in-laws and my parents! She had us line up in families and then went down the list and named us ALL!! AMAZING!! It was so fun to meet them and get to know them better. They are wonderful people and so glad we share their daughter now! The Whetten grandkids have new "cousins" the triplets -Samatha, Jordan and Micheal ,who are Nicoles niece and nephews. Everyone adored them and we have offically adopted them into the family. I told their parents they are welcome anytime. They were so good with my kids.
Ate LOTS of yummy food on Saturday our 9th Anniversary! went to the beach-built a sand castle and played in the COLD water. Collected rocks, shells and Cannon's favorite... feathers.
Made baskets for each guest. I VERY carefully transported 55 bags of pretzels and 55 bags of Brians famous trailmix from Arizona that contained chocolate in them. My sister and I had worked hours on them the weekend she came down to visit. We didn't want the chocolate to melt and then ruin the bags that were to go in each basket. So at each hotel room(Diseyland and then Santa Monica) we had to baby the stupid things! But in the end the baskets turned out pretty and hopefully each guest enjoyed their goodies!
Saturday night was the reheral dinner ....Good times, lots of laughs, yummy food-Happy Anniversary Honey!

You and your sis should get a gold metal for the shipping of the pretzels! Sounds like you could open up your own catering business! Love the pics!
